For those who EnJoy doing Triathlons this piece is for you.  I love riding my bike, running and swimming.  Sometimes I cannot make a race due to location or date on the schedule.  So I decided to do my own.  I or you can swim, bike and run in any order and any distance.  I do this to always just beat my time and or distance on the last one.  I have gotten many friends to participate along with strangers.  

So why not display your accomplishments where others can see or you can smile on times past.
